A new message appears when you mark a Finding as Fixed while its remediation progress is below 100%.
Clear, non-blocking warning: Marking a finding, or several at once, Fixed below 100% progress now shows a short message explaining that some values will be frozen at their current progress, with a link to learn more. The status change still goes through.
One message at a time: Only one message is shown per action, whether you're updating a single finding or several in bulk.
