The service level agreement (SLA) for Cye Cloud Posture Solution covers two commitments: a first response to every customer inquiry, and notification when the service is interrupted. It sets the response and notification expectations you can rely on when you contact support or when the service is unavailable.
Get a First Response: Every customer inquiry, sent by email or through the integrated chat, receives a first response within 2 business days.
Get Notified of Interruptions: Customers who subscribe to status notifications receive an email, Slack message, and/or RSS feed notification when the service is unavailable for more than 3 hours.
