Overview
When using NIST CSF 2.0 as a primary framework, the Cye platform provides direct visibility into how NIST subcategories align with ISO 27001:2022 controls straight from the Maturity view.
This guide covers how to:
Filter subcategories by framework mapping
Search specific ISO 27001:2022 control alignments
Review cross-framework coverage across the workspace
How to View ISO 27001:2022 Mappings
The Cye platform maps 61 NIST CSF 2.0 subcategories to ISO 27001:2022. Here’s how to find them:
Go to the Maturity screen
Make sure you’re in the NIST CSF 2.0 view
Open Filters
Click Filters in the top right
Select ISO 27001:2022:
Under Mapped standards/frameworks, choose ISO27001:2022
This displays all subcategories mapped to ISO 27001:2022 (61 in total)
Search by ISO Control ID (Optional)
Use the search bar to enter a specific ISO control ID
This filters the view to only subcategories mapped to that control
Wrap-up / Next Steps
Mapping to ISO 27001:2022 makes it easier to track compliance alongside your NIST-based maturity work. Use the filters and search tools in the Cye platform to explore how your current controls align — and to spot where you may need to strengthen coverage.
